There is no question that these bagels are cooked fresh, and I really liked the plain bagel that came with my sausage and egg breakfast. When I want to try something new for breakfast, I sometimes deviate from my normal order of egg, bacon, and cheese on a salt bagel. Their chipotle bacon shmear is very delicious, and over the summer I had a duck confit bagel sandwich that just blew my mind.

The most incredible bagels I’ve eaten since I last visited New York. The proprietor, in addition to his employees, maintains a cordial demeanor toward clients and makes it a point to talk to them as they wait for their orders. The ambiance was designed to seem like a record shop, complete with rap music playing loudly from the speakers and album covers for vinyl albums displayed on the walls in a dark tint. The Curious Bagel was not only pleasing to the eye but also delicious to consume. The combination of red onion and cilantro with apricot jam is not one that occurs to me at all.
17. Louisiana
Without a shadow of a doubt, the best bagels I’ve ever had! Even after being frozen and sent all the way from Slidell, Louisiana to Detroit, Michigan, these continue to be the tastiest bagels I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Since we have only had the everything bagels, which are the favorites of my whole family, I am unable to comment on whether or not the other varieties are just as great; nevertheless, I would wager that they are.
